What is The Last Breath about?
A tight-knit group of college friends reunite years later for a scuba diving trip meant to recapture something from their past, choosing a Caribbean site known for a sunken WWII battleship. What starts as a nostalgic adventure into the wreck quickly turns claustrophobic once the group pushes deeper into its corroded corridors and collapsing metal passageways. Navigation becomes difficult, air supplies start to matter more than anyone anticipated, and the ship itself seems to work against them at every turn. Making matters far worse, great white sharks patrol the waters just outside the hull, cutting off any easy retreat to the surface. The friends are forced to split decisions between staying together for safety and moving fast enough to outlast their oxygen, with old tensions from their shared history resurfacing under pressure. Every choice inside the wreck carries a cost, and the ocean gives the group very little room for error as the dive shifts from a reunion into a fight to make it back out alive.

The ensemble includes Kim Spearman, Jack Parr, Alexander Arnold, and Erin Mullen as the reunited friends, with the late Julian Sands appearing in one of his final screen roles.
