Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Ktime, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
Ktime provides access to streaming video content and live TV channels. Content availability may change without notice. We do not guarantee that specific titles will always be available.
3. Accounts
- You must be 13 years or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Account sharing beyond your device limit is not permitted.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Premium subscriptions are billed monthly, every 6 months, or annually and renew automatically.
- Current pricing: CA$9.99/month, CA$54.99/6 months, or CA$99.99/year. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
- You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of payment.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not redistribute, record, or download content for sharing.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape or access the service.
- Do not circumvent device limits or geographic restrictions.
6. Copyright & DMCA Notice and Takedown
Ktime respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
Filing a notice
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe material accessible through Ktime infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated contact at [email protected] that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (for example, the title and the page or stream address);
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
We aim to acknowledge valid notices within 7 days and to remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice.
Counter-notification
If you believe your material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to [email protected] that includes your signature; identification of the material and the location at which it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, together with your consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we will suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed or disabled by mistake, may be liable for damages.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ktime is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for service interruptions, content changes, or any damages resulting from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
