Easiest way (under a minute): Just open ktime.app/app in Safari and sign in — no app to install and no codes, and movies, series and live TV all play right there. Want a dedicated IPTV app instead? GSE Smart IPTV with your login works too (below).

The simplest way to watch K-Time on an iPhone or iPad is to open ktime.app/app in Safari and sign in — no app to install, and movies, series and live TV all play in the page. If you would rather use a dedicated IPTV player, the free GSE Smart IPTV app is the other route. Both are included in your subscription at no extra cost, and neither needs a VPN.

How do I watch Persian TV on an iPhone or iPad?

To watch Persian TV on an iPhone or iPad, the simplest path is the browser. Open ktime.app/app in Safari, sign in, and the full catalog plays in the page — Iranian movies, series and live Persian channels. The player uses the iPhone’s built-in video engine, so live TV works without any app. There is nothing to download and nothing to keep updated, because you always load the current version. Our companion guide on watching Persian TV in your browser covers the web app in more depth.

Can I use an IPTV app on my iPhone instead?

Yes — the free GSE Smart IPTV app is the IPTV-player route on an iPhone or iPad, and it reaches the same library. Install GSE Smart IPTV from the App Store, open it, and add an Xtream Codes account. Enter:

Field Value
Server ktime.app/iptv
Username your K-Time username
Password your K-Time password

Save it, and GSE Smart IPTV loads your K-Time channels, movies and series. This is the choice if you prefer a channel-grid IPTV layout, or if you already use GSE for other playlists. Your login is just your K-Time username and password — the same one you use to sign in, so there is nothing extra to look up.

Is there a native K-Time app for iPhone?

No — there is no native K-Time app on the App Store for iPhone or iPad, and you do not need one. The web app at ktime.app/app runs fully in Safari, live TV included, which is why the browser is the path we lead with on Apple devices. The same is true on the Apple TV, where there is no native app either and the free Smarters Player Lite app is used instead. We say this plainly rather than imply an iPhone app exists.

Does it work on older iPhones and on cellular data?

K-Time works on any iPhone or iPad with a current version of Safari, including older models — the browser does the work, so there is no app to keep up to date. On cellular data it streams like any other video; if you are watching live TV away from home, lower the quality in the player to use less data. Your subscription counts the iPhone or iPad as one of the devices on your account, so there is no separate fee, and the same K-Time login works on the living-room TV at the same time, keeping your watch history in sync across both.

What other apps work on iPhone or iPad?

If you want an IPTV-player app rather than the browser, GSE Smart IPTV is not the only choice — the App Store also has Smarters Player Lite, iPlayTV and TiviMate, all of which take the same Xtream login (Server ktime.app/iptv plus your username and password). They reach the same K-Time library, so pick the one you like best — or just keep watching in Safari, which needs no app at all.

Do I need a VPN or an Iranian card?

No — K-Time on an iPhone or iPad needs no VPN and no Iranian bank card. There is no geo-block, so nothing to toggle, and the subscription takes any foreign card. This is the structural difference from Filimo and Namava, which license for inside Iran and require an Iranian IP and a Shetab card. Our guide to watching Persian TV outside Iran explains why a diaspora-built service is the only one that works abroad without workarounds.

Watching on K-Time

On an iPhone or iPad, start in Safari at ktime.app/app for the simplest path, or use free GSE Smart IPTV with the Xtream login above. For the living-room screen, see the master setup guide. New to K-Time? Create an account and the same Persian library follows you to every device.
