How do I install Ktime on my Mac?

To install Ktime on a Mac, download it from the Ktime website, drag it into Applications and sign in. It takes about a minute:

What does the Mac app do better than the browser?

Ktime for Mac plays video in a native player rather than the browser’s, and that is the main reason to use it. Films, series and live channels are decoded by the Mac’s own video hardware, so playback stays smooth through a long film or a live broadcast. Around the player you get the things a Mac app should have:

A floating mini-player. Press ⌘⇧M (or choose View → Mini Player) and the video moves into a small window that stays on top of everything else, across all your desktops — handy for keeping a live news channel in the corner while you work.
Media keys and Now Playing. The play/pause key on your keyboard works, and what you are watching shows in Control Center.
Automatic updates. The app installs new versions itself; you can also choose Ktime → Check for Updates.
