What is No Man's Land about?
After Jackson Greer accidentally kills a Mexican boy crossing his family's ranch at night, his father moves to take the blame in his place. Jackson doesn't let him, and instead rides south into Mexico, becoming an outsider in a country he was raised to view with suspicion. Texas Rangers and Mexican federal officers both give chase as he tries to reach the dead boy's father and account for what happened. Along the way the film turns his flight into something closer to a reckoning with the land and people he crosses, rather than a simple manhunt.
About the cast
Jake Allyn plays Jackson, the young man at the center of the chase, with Frank Grillo as the Ranger pursuing him and George Lopez among the figures he meets on the road. Andie MacDowell appears as Jackson's mother, and Jorge A. Jimenez, Alex MacNicoll, Andrés Delgado and Ofelia Medina round out a cast spread across both sides of the border.
