Synopsis
After getting involved in a brawl with three brothers, Ali accidently kills one of them and runs for his life.
در يك سالن بيليارد چند قمارباز حرفه اي به بازي مشغولند. علي خوش دست (سعيد راد) و سه برادر: اكبر (عنايت بخشي)، حسن (حسن زارعي) و نبي (محمد اسكندري) و چند نفر ديگر سرگرم بازي هستند و بر بازي نظارت دارند. سه برادر در آخرين دور بازي به علي خوش دست مي بازند. آنها از پرداخت پول باخته خودداري مي كنند. بين علي و دوستش رضا (نريمان شيري فرد) از يك سو و سه برادر نزاع در مي گيرد. علي ناخواسته مرتكب قتل حسن مي شود و دوسش پا به فرار مي گذارد. خود او نيز مي گريزد و دو برادر مقتول در تعقيب او در كوچه پس كوچه ها، زباله داني ها و خرابه هاي شهر روان مي شوند. علي براي خارج شدن از شهر به پول نياز دارد. او كه نگران است اكبر و برادرش به مادر (مهري وداديان) و خواهر و برادرش: خديجه و مهري صدمه بزنند آنها را به خانه خاله اش مي فرستد، و براي فرار از نامزدش پروانه (نوري كسرايي) و دوستش اشرف (شهرزاد) كمك مي طلبد. علي در يك درگيري نبي را نيز از پا درمي آورد. اكبر و مصطفي در خانه ي اشرف كمين مي كنند و وقتي علي براي گرفتن كمك به خانه او مي رود علي را به سختي كتك مي زنند و قبل از فرار به چنگ پليس مي افتند. علي كه خونين و مالين شده خود را در خيابان به پروانه مي رساند.
