What is The Rainmaker about?
Rudy Baylor takes his law degree into a job he did not expect: working under Bruiser, a lawyer who runs his practice with more hustle than polish, alongside Deck, a paralegal who knows the courthouse better than most attorneys do. Their case involves the death of a young client's son, and the deeper Rudy digs, the more it looks like two separate schemes are tangled together rather than one simple wrongful-death claim. Standing across from him in the courtroom is Leo Drummond, a veteran litigator with every advantage experience can buy, while Rudy is also navigating a complicated relationship with Sarah, someone he knew back in law school. The series follows Rudy as he learns to build a real case out of a mess of leads, pressure from his own side, and a system that clearly favors the side with more resources, all while trying not to lose himself in the process.

Milo Callaghan plays Rudy Baylor, the newly minted lawyer at the center of the story, opposite John Slattery as the formidable Leo Drummond. Madison Iseman appears as Sarah, Lana Parrilla and P.J.
