What is Reacher about?
Jack Reacher, a former Military Police officer with nothing to his name but a toothbrush and a folding wad of cash, steps off a bus in Margrave, Georgia, and is almost immediately arrested for a murder he had no part in. What starts as a wrongful-arrest problem widens fast: dirty local police, a businessman who is not what he claims, and politicians with too much interest in keeping the town's secrets buried. Reacher has to work out who is protecting what and why before the same people who framed him decide he knows too much. The show runs about 49 minutes per episode, giving each installment room for both investigation and the physical confrontations the character is known for.

Alan Ritchson leads as Jack Reacher, playing the character as an outsider who solves problems with patience and, when patience runs out, force. Malcolm Goodwin, Willa Fitzgerald, Chris Webster, Bruce McGill and Maria Sten fill out the Margrave side of the story as local police, officials and townspeople whose loyalties are not always where they first appear.
