What is More Than Ever about?
Hélène and Mathieu have shared a deep, easy bond for years, the kind of relationship that has weathered ordinary life without visible strain. That changes when Hélène is confronted with a decision no couple wants to face, and the choice pulls her away from Mathieu rather than closer. Instead of talking it through at home, she travels alone to Norway to meet a blogger she found online, someone who has written about facing the same crossroads. The film follows her search for calm in unfamiliar, stark surroundings, tracking what it costs a couple when one partner needs solitude to process what the other is still trying to share.
