What is Medcezir about?
Yaman and his brother Kenan get picked up after Kenan steals a car outside a gas station on the outskirts of Istanbul, and for a moment it looks like the kind of trouble that follows boys from their neighborhood for good. Instead, a lawyer named Selim intervenes, and Yaman ends up leaving the only home he has known for Selim's, a household several social rungs above the one he grew up in. The series follows what happens when that gap in circumstance puts Yaman in daily contact with a family — and a set of relationships — built on assumptions he does not share, mixing comedy, romance and family drama as loyalties old and new start to compete for his attention.
