What is Hello Tomorrow about?
Jack Billings travels town to town with a small crew of traveling salesmen, pitching ordinary people on a shiny future: a home on the moon, paid off in easy installments. His pitch is pure charm, his product mostly a promise, and the series follows what happens when his associates start to believe their own sales script a little too much. Set in a stylized mid-century world where rocket travel is common but far from perfected, the show mixes workplace comedy with something sadder underneath — every character is selling an escape from a life they can't otherwise afford to leave. As Jack's past catches up with him and cracks appear in the company's finances, the crew's loyalty to him and to each other is tested.
Cast & crew
Billy Crudup anchors the series as Jack, playing the eternal-optimist salesman with just enough desperation showing at the edges to keep him human rather than cartoonish. Hank Azaria, Alison Pill, Haneefah Wood and Nicholas Podany round out the sales floor, each given a distinct reason for buying into Jack's pitch, while Jacki Weaver brings dry authority to the corporate side of the operation.

Hello Tomorrow! leans on a candy-colored, atompunk production design — chrome finishes, bubble-shaped cars, rotary phones wired into a spacefaring economy — to tell a very old story about door-to-door salesmanship and the con at the heart of the American dream. The 2023 series comes from creators Amit Bhalla and Lucas Jansen and ran for a single season of ten episodes.
