Alfonso, who carries the family name of Don Quixote, spends his days in the company of three imaginary rabbits who are equal parts sidekick and band. Joined by two new friends, Pancho and Victoria, Alfonso rallies the town using the same stubborn idealism his ancestor was known for, chasing off threats real and imagined while a storm looms over the region. Along the way he learns what friendship actually costs and starts to notice Victoria in ways he hadn't expected.
