In a near-future where vampire blood has become a black-market drug, two teenagers find themselves fleeing a dangerous supplier with nowhere safe left to go. Desperate for shelter, they force their way into a house that appears abandoned, only to discover a girl locked away inside, asleep and clearly meant to stay hidden. What starts as an act of survival turns into something far more dangerous once the two realize what the house is actually being used for, and why the dealer they're running from wants it kept secret. Trapped between the supplier closing in outside and the mystery sleeping inside the house, the teenagers have to decide how far they're willing to go to protect themselves and the girl they've stumbled onto. The film uses its single, claustrophobic location to keep the horror grounded and the tension constant.
